working principle

The CRS type stainless steel silane combustion scrubber produced by our company is a waste gas purification equipment for treating silane, ammonia, and other soluble gases. It is mainly used to treat the waste gas generated by the solar cell production line industry and PECVD chemical vapor deposition process.
This product is mainly composed of a stainless steel shell, a combustion system, a washing system, and a slag cleaning system in terms of structure. In terms of air intake, a dual intake form of compressed air and fresh air inlet is adopted to improve the operational efficiency and reliability of the product. In terms of sprinkler system, a combination of circulating water pump and automatic water replenishment is adopted, and the fan adopts a one in use and one backup form. These process characteristics greatly ensure the safety and reliability of this product. The internal combustion chamber adopts a special pressure relief device, which can still work normally even in the case of sudden increase in internal pressure. At the same time, it is equipped with a nitrogen inlet, which further enhances the safety of the equipment. In terms of dust collection, static pressure deposition method is adopted, and the deposited dust is discharged through the slag discharge outlet, which makes dust collection and treatment easier and more effective. According to authoritative department tests, the removal rate of silane (SiH4) in customer units is ≥ 99.99%, and the purification rate of ammonia (NH3) and other water-soluble gases is as high as 99.99%.
I. Overview
The stainless steel silane tail gas purification device is a new environmentally friendly equipment for treating silane tail gas generated in the production process of the solar cell industry. The purification equipment consists of two parts: a CWR stainless steel silane tail gas combustion cylinder and a CWJ stainless steel silane tail gas purification tower. This device has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength, safety and reliability, and high purification efficiency.
2、 Working principle
According to the characteristic of spontaneous combustion of silane tail gas upon contact with air, the silane tail gas generated in the production process enters the CWR stainless steel silane tail gas combustion cylinder through pipelines for combustion treatment. The tail gas treated by the combustion cylinder then enters the CWJ stainless steel silane tail gas purification tower through pipelines for secondary purification treatment. First, it enters the spray chamber of the purification tower for primary spray treatment, and then passes through the packing layer to enter the second spray treatment, so that the tail gas can fully reverse contact with the neutralizing circulating liquid, and then it is discharged by the exhaust fan after the dehydration treatment.
The device uses two water pumps to spray and absorb in two spray chambers. When the pump-1 is damaged, the emergency water replenishment valve is activated for spraying. Two fans (one in use and one backup) are used for ventilation, and a regulating valve is equipped to control the flow rate.

5、 PrecautionsCWJ Stainless Steel Silane Tail Gas Purification Tower - Precautions for Operation, Maintenance, Maintenance and Control System:
1. After the equipment installation is completed, the dirt inside the tower must be removed before the test run.
2. Add neutralizing fluid to the required range.
3. The water pump is running, check if it is functioning properly, and check if the pressure gauge is working properly.
4. Turn on the fan and check if it is running normally.
5. The CWJ purification tower operates under negative pressure. If the negative pressure is too high, open the fresh air valve for adjustment.
6. The air volume of the entire system is regulated through the regulating valve on the outlet pipeline of the purification tower.
7. The liquid level in the storage tank must be checked daily, and it is considered normal if it is not lower than the overflow port.
8. If pump-1 is damaged, immediately open the emergency water replenishment valve for spraying treatment.
9. Fan and water pump switch program:
When starting up, first turn on pump-1, then turn on the fan, and finally turn on pump-1;
When shutting down, first turn off pump-2, then turn off the fan, and finally turn off pump-1.
10. When cleaning or replacing the filler nozzle, please open the inspection hole.
11. When removing SiO2 powder or sludge, please open the cleaning valve.
12. The neutralizing solution in the equipment should be completely replaced once a month.
13. The nozzles and fillers inside the equipment should be inspected and cleaned every three months
