General description：

Proteinase inhibitor mixture is used for mammalian cell and tissue extracts in DMSO solution. It contains six individual components used to inhibit serine, cysteine, acid protease, and aminopeptidase.

Application：

Very suitable as a buffering component in ultrasound, lysis buffer, and RIPA buffer

Resist endogenous enzyme activity of cell and tissue extracts

Biochem/physiol Actions：

Inhibit serine, cysteine, acid protease, and aminopeptidase.

This mixture contains independent components, including 104 mM AEBSF, 80 μ M aprotinin, 4 mM ubenimes, 1.4 mM E-64, 2 mM leuprorelin, and 1.5 mM peptide-A. Each component has specific inhibitory properties. AEBSF and aprotinin can inhibit serine proteases, including trypsin, chymotrypsin, and fibrinolytic enzymes. Wubenmei Si can inhibit and suppress aminopeptidase. E-64 can act against cysteine proteases. Luminescent inhibitory peptides can act on both serine and cysteine proteases. Peptide inhibitor A can inhibit acidic proteases.
