Sigma optical machines have various types of automatic slide tables, among which linear motion series, rotary series, and swing slide tables each have their own characteristics and are suitable for applications in different scenarios.

Linear Motion Series

HPS series:

This is a cost-effective and durable linear sliding table. It has a wide range of motor types, in addition to the standard 5-phase stepper motor, it can also be optionally equipped with a 2-phase stepper motor, or Dongfang Electric's alpha STEP motor or AC servo motor. It is inexpensive and has a long lifespan, thanks to the use of ball screw structure, ensuring good durability.

OSMS series:

A stepper motor slide table with a travel range of 35 to 500mm. Compact in appearance, it is a standard automatic slide table with a U-shaped outer guide rail structure that has obtained CE certification. There are various varieties, and the closed-loop control type is also equipped with a position measuring grating ruler. There are a variety of optional options available, including high load gear reduction type or Z-axis type of electromagnetic brake.

TAMM系列：

A cross shaped roller automatic sliding table that combines the three elements of small size, thin thickness, and high durability. The roller and V-groove track are in line contact, with good rigidity, almost no sliding, low friction, and conducive to achieving small feed. It has a small volume, occupies less space, and is easy to configure in devices that require low optical axis▢40/▢60/▢100/▢100 × 175mm series products.

HST series:

The structure adopts a high-precision combination of precision ball screw and cross cross roller guide rail, mainly made of steel, with high precision and good heat resistance. The maximum load-bearing capacity is up to 392N (40.0kgf), and due to the main material being steel and the large tabletop, stable installation under high loads can be easily achieved.

Rotating series

OSMS - YAW 系列：

A stepper motor type rotating slide table using rolling bearings and worm gear drive mechanism. Affordable in price, small in size, occupying less space, and easy to configure in devices that require low optical axis. There are series standard products with diameters of 40, 60, 80, 120, and 160mm.

HDS series:

High durability automatic rotating slide table for small angle adjustment. Its driving mechanism is a small angle adjustment platform consisting of a screw and a steel strip, with excellent durability. The screw drives the steel strip to convert linear motion into rotation, and the transmission ratio remains constant regardless of position changes. It has a series of standard products with diameters of 60, 80, and 120mm.

HST - YAW 系列：

High precision and high stability automatic rotating slide table using rolling bearings. Using rolling bearings as guide rails has good reproducibility and a maximum load capacity of up to 392N (40.0kgf). The main material is steel and the platform is large, which is conducive to stable installation under large loads.

Swing series

OSMS-A/B 系列：

High precision automatic swing slide table with swing guide rails directly machined on the slide table body and swing table of quenched stainless steel material. Smooth swing, especially suitable for occasions that require frequent angle adjustment, with a low price. The TSD integrated guide rail structure, which directly processes the guide rail on the body, greatly reduces processing and assembly errors and improves the positional accuracy of the swing center.

SGSP - A/B 系列：

An automatic swing slide table driven by a stepper motor using a cross shaped roller guide rail. It is a high rigidity swing table with good wear resistance, easy to use, and can be easily combined into a 2-axis swing table. The main material is aluminum alloy, and the weight is relatively light.
