The CJB type side entry mixer, commonly known as the through wall mixer, is widely used in the mixing stage of processes in industries such as chemical, water treatment, food, fiber, papermaking, and petroleum. Its functions are as follows: to mix miscible liquids evenly; Dissolve, suspend or uniformly suspend solid particles in liquid phase; Uniformly suspend or fully emulsify another immiscible liquid phase; Strengthen mass transfer between phases (such as absorption, etc.); Strengthening heat transfer and stirring liquids containing suspended solids; Mixing and uniformity of sewage, wastewater, sludge water; Thickening process; Sludge dewatering process; Cleaning of sewage tank; Prevent particles from condensing and settling on the pool walls and bottom; Create water flow, etc.

This series of mixers can operate continuously under the following conditions:

1. During continuous operation, the medium temperature is -10~100 ℃;

Construction and working process:

The CJB type side entry mixer consists of a drive device, a frame, a mixing shaft, blades, a coupling, a guide device, etc. According to the sealing method, it can be divided into: Type A: with mechanical seal, Type B: without seal, Type C: other sealing methods, which can be suitable for different sealing requirements. According to the installation method, it can be divided into two types: vertical and horizontal, making it convenient to choose the installation method based on the on-site process conditions. The driving device adopts ordinary motors or explosion-proof motors, which are directly or indirectly connected to the main shaft of the driving device through cylindrical gears and cycloidal pinwheel reducers, and connected to the mixing shaft through couplings. The mixing shaft is supported by bidirectional thrust bearings and water lubricated sliding bearings, with sufficient strength and stiffness, and high stability.
