The equipment is manually driven, with no energy consumption, no oil leakage/circuit failure risk, and is suitable for non powered or simple laboratories.

main structure

·Body: Made of all carbon steel vertical welded structure, with anti rust coating on the surface, occupying only about 0.1 square meters, and can be directly placed on the experimental bench or ground.

·Transmission system: driven by gear rack and hand wheel, the puller moves in a straight line along the guide rail through the hand wheel, ensuring smooth transmission and no noise pollution.

·Clamping mechanism: Special sample fixture, compatible with 10 × 10 × 55mm standard samples, and also compatible with non-standard sizes such as 7.5 × 10 × 55mm and 5 × 10 × 55mm, with a positioning accuracy of ± 0.01mm.

·Cutting system: comes standard with one high-speed steel (W18Cr4V) puller, which can be replaced with V-shaped or U-shaped cutting heads as needed. The cutting heads adopt precision grinding technology, with long wear resistance and service life.
