Shenglin 30 ton cement mortar brick and tile compression and bending integrated machine is mainly used for compressive strength testing of concrete, cement, building materials, metal materials, non-metal materials, and components, and can also be used for compressive performance testing of other materials. The measurement and control system adopts high-precision digital servo valves with force closed-loop control function, which can achieve equal load rate loading or equal stress rate loading, with high control accuracy and good reliability.

Shenglin 30 ton cement mortar brick and tile compression and bending integrated machine, equipment follows national industry standards such as GB/T17671-2021, JC/T960-2020, and adopts a duplex structure design. The compression and bending test stations operate independently and do not interfere with each other, effectively saving laboratory space. The device is equipped with a high-definition display screen, which can dynamically display core data such as test force, loading rate, and test curve in real time. It supports data storage, query, and printing, and is also equipped with multiple protection mechanisms such as overload, overpressure, and limit, ensuring stable and safe operation.
