Data transfer and storage
Ultrasonic detection echoes, curves, parameters, etc. are non destructively stored on a USB interface to a USB drive, which imports the data into a computer for easy report editing and data management.
Dynamic playback
Continuous screening for 7 minutes, dynamic playback of waveform display and instrument operation process, can be divided into 7 segments, each segment is 1 minute and 1500 frames are viewed step by step.
Probe frequency detection
By capturing the echo, the center frequency of the probe can be accurately detected, and any amplitude of the echo within 500mm can be easily detected with just one click.
AVGcurve
By taking the known echo of a large flat bottom or flat bottom hole as a reference, three different equivalent curves are automatically generated.
Ultrasonic testing of large forgings
