Brief introduction:

1、 Purpose: This machine is suitable for testing the insertion and extraction force of various connectors. With an automatic centering device, accurate insertion and extraction force tests can be obtained. It is set using the Chinese screen of the Windows window, and the operation is simple and convenient. All data can be stored (test conditions, displacement, curve graphs, life curve graphs, inspection reports, etc.) to solve fixture problems in various connector testing and automatically align male and female connectors during testing, without the problem of one-sided feeding. Paired with a dynamic impedance testing system, dynamic impedance can be tested and plotted while testing insertion and extraction forces.

2、 Characteristics
1. The testing conditions are set by the computer screen and can be stored. Select settings from the drop-down menu or enter data directly. (including test category, measured direction of motion, load measurement range, stroke measurement range, stroke origin position, stroke origin detection, measurement speed, total number of measurements, pause time, waiting position each time, air compression frequency, etc.).
2. Can store and print graphics (load stroke curve graph load attenuation life curve graph inspection report), with overload protection function for the load element, ensuring that the load element is not damaged.
3. Simultaneously display the load stroke curve graph and the life curve graph.
4. Automatic load zero point detection and the ability to set the origin detection load value.
5. Load unit display: N, lb, gf, Kgf can be freely switched.
6. Can be paired with multiple load elements simultaneously (2Kgf/5Kgf/20Kgf/50Kgf/100kg/200kg to choose from).
7. The machine adopts a high rigidity structure design, matched with servo motors, which can ensure accuracy after long-term use and is suitable for general tension compression testing and insertion and extraction force life testing.
8. Stop exceeding the specified value (during the lifespan test, the machine automatically stops when the test data exceeds the set upper and lower limits).
9. Measurement items: high load value, peak value, valley value, stroke load value, stroke load value, insertion point resistance value, load or stroke resistance value.
