Electric flange ball valve Q941F-16PElectronic Ball Valve is composed of an electric actuator and a ball valve. According to the GB/T21465-2008 standard, it is a type of pipeline pressure element used in industrial automation process control. It is typically used for remote opening and closing (connecting or cutting off) control of pipeline media. The opening and closing element (ball) is a valve driven by the valve stem and rotates around the axis of the valve stem. It is mainly used to cut off or connect media in pipelines, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, textile, papermaking, hydropower, shipbuilding, metallurgy, gas, water supply and drainage systems. It can be used as a switch and regulating device on pipelines and containers of gases, liquids, slurries, and solid powders with different corrosive and non corrosive pressures. It can achieve on-site and remote operation, as well as individual or centralized control.

structural characteristics

1. Floating ball valves adopt full bore or reduced diameter design, with low flow resistance.
2. The ISO5211 connection standard can make the installation of electric/pneumatic actuators more specialized.
3. Featuring a fire-resistant and anti-static structure, conductive springs are installed between the valve stem and valve body, as well as between the valve stem and ball body, to prevent ignition of flammable media due to static electricity. Ensure system security.
4. The fire-resistant structure provides dual protection. In the event of a fire that burns the sealing ring, all sealing parts of the ball valve can form a metal to metal hard sealing structure.
