Sealed samplers include gas sealed samplers, liquid sealed samplers, solid liquid mixed sealed samplers, etc. They are widely used in media such as chlorine gas, ammonia gas, liquid ammonia, methanol, crude benzene, carbon dioxide, hydrogen gas, carbon monoxide, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.

Gas or volatile liquid media are sampled using seamless steel cylinders. The inlet and outlet ends of the seamless steel cylinder are controlled by safe and reliable needle valves and equipped with stainless steel quick couplings. The non-volatile liquid medium is collected using sealed pressure resistant bottles/ordinary open bottles, with excellent sealing performance. The stainless steel protective cover ensures the safety of operators. Process gases (including gas-liquid mixtures) are sampled using steel cylinders, and quick couplings are used between the cylinders and sampling pipelines. The self sealing design of the quick couplings prevents leakage and dripping.

Liquid sampling can be done using two methods: glass bottles (ordinary open bottle&sealed pressure resistant bottle) and stainless steel sampling cylinders. The sealed pressure resistant bottle is connected to the matching double needle, and the bottle mouth is sealed with a sealing elastic pad to ensure the purity of the liquid sample.

1. Scope of application: Suitable for sampling liquids, gases, liquefied gases, and mixed gas-liquid media with most physical and chemical properties.

2. Sampling temperature: -30 ℃~200 ℃

3. Design pressure: 0-20.0MPa (to ensure sample circulation, it is required that the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the sample be greater than 0.01Mpa). If the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is too small and the sample cannot circulate on its own, a pressurization system can be equipped.

4. Sampling volume: typically 50ml to 1000ml.
