Overview

Shanghai New Dawn BYD709 Explosion proof LED Lighting $r $n Many customers used to use ordinary grille lights, which had rough workmanship and poor materials. However, now many customers say that ordinary grille lights cannot be used anymore and cannot pass fire inspections. They want to replace them with explosion-proof ones. They asked me if I have them, and the installation size must be 600 * 600, which is definitely available. The embedded grille explosion-proof lamp housing in the factory is made of steel plate bent and formed, and the surface is coated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying. Configure high-purity aluminum reflectors and create a high brightness lighting environment with reasonable light distribution to meet the lighting requirements of certain occasions.

The so-called explosion-proof refers to the prevention of sparks from causing explosions in the external space when the lamp bursts

Difference: Explosion proof lamps are equipped with glass lampshades and sealing rings, which can be waterproof, dustproof, and prevent gas from penetrating. There is a clear explosion-proof electrical certificate number on the explosion-proof lamp, and an explosion-proof mark is cast on the lamp housing. Ordinary fluorescent lamps can only be used in ordinary places without water, dust, gas, etc., with a simple structure.

1、 Explosion proof lamps refer to lamps used in hazardous areas where flammable gases and dust exist, which can prevent the possible generation of arcs, sparks, and high temperatures inside the lamp from igniting flammable gases and dust in the surrounding environment, thereby achieving explosion-proof requirements. Also known as explosion-proof lamps, explosion-proof lighting fixtures. Different combustible gas mixture environments have different requirements for the explosion-proof level and form of explosion-proof lamps. Refer specifically to GB3836 and IEC60079.

Scope of application

1. Suitable for hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2 of explosive gas environments; 2. Suitable for explosive gas environments of IIA, IIB, and IIC levels; 3. Suitable for Zone 20, Zone 21, and Zone 22 environments with combustible dust; 4. Suitable for environments with temperature groups T1-T6.

2、 Fluorescent lamps, also known as fluorescent lamps, are traditional types of fluorescent lamps, namely low-pressure mercury lamps. They use low-pressure mercury vapor to release ultraviolet light after being powered on, causing the fluorescent powder to emit visible light. Therefore, they belong to low-pressure arc discharge light sources. In 1974, Philips of the Netherlands was the first to successfully develop a fluorescent powder that could emit red, green, and blue light that is sensitive to the human eye. The development and application of three primary color (also known as three primary color) phosphors is an important milestone in the development of fluorescent lamps.

1. In any case, thin tube diameter (pipe diameter ≤ 26mm) lamps, such as T8, T5, etc., should be used instead of T12 lamps, which have significant energy-saving and environmental protection effects.

2. In any case, tricolor fluorescent lamps should be used, and halogen powder fluorescent lamps should no longer be used. Tri color lamps have the advantages of high luminous efficiency, good color rendering, and longer lifespan. Although the price is expensive (about twice as expensive), its high light efficiency not only saves energy but also reduces operating costs; Moreover, due to the reduction in the number of lamps used, the cost of lamps and ballasts is saved, which in turn reduces the total initial construction cost of the lighting system.

3. Using high-power lamps: In functional lighting areas (excluding decorative requirements), lamps with a length of not less than 4 feet (approximately 1200mm) should be selected, namely T8 type 36W and T5 type 28W, which have higher light efficiency.

4. In general, it is advisable to use a medium color temperature lamp tube: the color table of the light source (represented by correlated color temperature) should be selected. Except for special requirements for building color, it can generally be determined based on the level of illumination: in simple terms, for high illumination (>750lx), cool color temperature (high color temperature) is recommended, for medium illumination (about 200-1000lx), medium color temperature is recommended, and for low illumination (≤ 200lx), warm color temperature (low color temperature) is recommended. Because warm colors and light make people feel comfortable in low light conditions, but feel dry and hot in high light conditions; Cold colored warm light feels comfortable under high illumination, but dim and chilly under low illumination. The illuminance in most places is between 200 and 750 lux, and using a medium temperature light source is better; Moreover, fluorescent lights with medium and low color temperatures have higher efficiency than those with high color temperatures, which is also beneficial for energy conservation.
