Shanghai Agent ATOS Proportional Valve Atos Electro Hydraulic Servo Valve
ATOS electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve, also known as electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve, originates from the combination of proportional technology and servo technology. One is to use a proportional electromagnet as an electric mechanical converter to improve the power slide valve of the traditional electro-hydraulic proportional valve into the valve core and valve sleeve structure of the servo valve; One approach is to remove the valve sleeve structure of the slide valve of the ATOS electro-hydraulic servo valve and replace mechanical feedback with electrical feedback.
Hydraulic control servo valve mainly refers to ATOS electro-hydraulic servo valve, which outputs modulated flow and pressure after receiving electrical analog signals. It is both an electro-hydraulic conversion component and a power amplification component, capable of converting low-power weak electrical input signals into high-power hydraulic energy (flow and pressure) output.
Both ATOS servo valves and ATOS proportional valves infinitely regulate the output of hydraulic valves, such as pressure, flow rate, and direction, by adjusting the input electrical signal analog quantity. (Servo valves also have pulse width modulation input methods).
But the structures of these two valves are different. The servo valve relies on adjusting the electrical signal to control the action of the torque motor, causing the armature to deflect and driving the action of the pre valve. The control oil of the pre valve enters the main valve, pushing the valve core to move. Proportional valve is used to regulate electrical signals, causing displacement of the armature and driving the action of the pilot valve core. The generated control oil then drives the main valve core.
The structure of servo valves is very complex, with pre valves having nozzle baffle type and jet tube type, and the main valve core also having displacement feedback. The structure of a proportional valve is much simpler. The pilot valve is a throttling type valve core, which can also be equipped with valve core displacement feedback, but not.
The servo valve is too fine and sensitive to hydraulic oil pollution. The main valve core size is small and not suitable for high-pressure and high flow systems, but the control is relatively good and can be used for excess control. Proportional valves are relatively simple. The pilot valve can generate 2 liters/minute of high-pressure oil, and the flow rate of the main valve core can reach more than 500 liters. However, the hydraulic inertia is large and not suitable for high frequencies, and the output flow rate is not as high.

The difference between ATOS proportional valve and ATOS servo valve mainly lies in the following points:
There is no dead zone in the center position of ATOS servo valve, and there is a dead zone in the center position of proportional valve;
The frequency response (response frequency) of the ATOS servo valve is higher, up to around 200Hz, while the proportional valve is generally several tens of Hz higher;
ATOS servo valves have higher requirements for hydraulic oil and require precise filtration, otherwise they are prone to clogging. ATOS proportional valves have lower requirements;
The structure and machining accuracy of the valve core are different. The proportional valve adopts a valve core+valve body structure, with the valve body serving as the valve sleeve. The servo valve and ATOS servo proportional valve adopt a structure of valve core and valve sleeve.
The 5 median functional types are different. Proportional directional valves have a neutral function similar to ordinary directional valves, while ATOS servo valves only have an O-type (Rexroth product's E-type) neutral function.
The rated pressure drop of valves 6 is different.
