Due to the pure nature of the imported separation gel from Japan, its physical and chemical properties are stable, and it has strong resistance to high temperatures and radiation, effectively avoiding the decomposition and denaturation of the separation gel during storage and transportation. After centrifugation, the separation gel flips and solidifies to form a barrier, separating serum from blood cells, effectively preventing substance exchange between the two, obtaining high-quality serum, making the test results more accurate, and improving the collection rate of serum. The serum remains stable for more than 48 hours without significant changes in its biochemical properties and chemical composition, and can be directly loaded onto the machine.
The complete contraction time of the blood clot is 20-25 minutes, the centrifugation speed is 3500-4000 revolutions per minute, the centrifugation time is 5 minutes, and the recommended storage temperature is 4 ℃ -25 ℃.
