To meet laboratory safety and ISO15189 requirements, our company has launched a series of refrigerated containers for medical laboratories to seal and store blood collection tubes loaded with blood samples after analysis. It makes blood sample post-processing work more proper, safe, easy and convenient, and is an ideal choice for laboratory safety and quality control.

This product series is divided into three categories based on different sealing methods: silicone gasket sealing, foam rubber gasket sealing, and safety helmet sealing.

Each category has 6 color boxes (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple), and different color refrigerated boxes are prepared for different departments, inspection items, and dates.

According to the different sizes of the stored test tubes, each type has two specifications: Ø 13 × 75 and Ø 13 × 100.

To prevent inconvenience to operators caused by unconventional labels (such as multi-layer labels, warping or wrinkling) and large diameter blood collection tubes, special structured refrigeration boxes are specially introduced.

1. Silicone pad sealed refrigerated box

Silicone pad sealed refrigerated box is suitable for storing blood collection tubes without safety helmets.

The silicone pad is produced using high-quality raw materials to ensure its stable physical and chemical properties, flexibility, and resistance to deformation. After closing the box cover, it tightly adheres to the test tube opening.

The design of silicone pads isolates specimens from each other and from the outside world, avoiding cross contamination or leakage of blood specimens during storage and ensuring biological safety.

Before use, please check that the flat surface of the silicone pad faces outward, otherwise it will affect the sealing effect.

2. Foam rubber sealed refrigerated box

The purpose of using foam rubber pads for sealing is to solve the problem of blood contamination that may occur during the disposal of blood samples, making the disposal process more convenient.

The foam rubber sealed refrigerated box is suitable for storing blood collection tubes without safety helmets.

The adhesive pad has strong adhesion, and after closing the box cover, it adheres tightly and firmly to the test tube opening; You can also remove the foam pad, take out the required blood collection tube, and then perform a secondary pasting.

⑦ For irregular labeling of blood collection tubes (such as multi-layer labeling, raised labeling, or wrinkled labeling), as well as large-diameter blood collection tubes within 14mm, it is easy and convenient to insert and remove.
