KINBA entry-level desktop piston filling machine is high-precision, multifunctional, and user-friendly. This volumetric piston packing directly extracts liquids and other low viscosity products from tanks or barrels without the need for a product hopper. If necessary, the piston packing can also be used as a metering pump to distribute controlled volumes. Disassembly and cleaning are very simple and usually only take a few minutes to complete (without tools). The operator places a row of flexible tubes into a drum or tank, adjusts the filling amount to the desired setting, and places an empty container below the filling nozzle. Simply press the foot pedal to extract the exact amount of product from the drum and dispense it into the container. Operate the machine once and wait until the foot pedal is pressed again.
