The resistivity of its heating element has a high positive temperature coefficient (PTC) and is connected in parallel. Its characteristics are: it can automatically limit the temperature during heating and automatically adjust the output power according to the temperature of the heating element without any additional equipment; It can be shortened arbitrarily or extended within a certain length range for use, and allows multiple cross overlaps without concerns of high temperature, overheating, or burning.

Working Principle:

In each electric heating strip, the number of circuits between busbars varies with temperature. When the temperature around the electric heating strip cools down, the conductive plastic shrinks, causing carbon particles to connect and form circuits. Current flows through these circuits, causing the electric heating strip to heat up.
When the temperature rises, the conductive plastic expands and the carbon particles gradually break, causing the circuit to be interrupted and the resistance to increase. The electric heating strip will automatically reduce power output. When the surrounding temperature cools down, the plastic returns to its contracted state, and the carbon particles connect to form an electrical circuit. The heating power of the electric heating belt automatically increases again.
