● Performance characteristics of sealing agent:

● Construction steps of the product:

1. First, make a budget for the amount of materials used. The density of the polymer moisture-proof sealing agent is between 1.15-1.18, and the thickness is generally 0.8-1 cm. The range of usage per square meter is about 11KG;

2. Do a good job in sealing the sealing surface of the box to prevent the sealing agent from leaking out of the leak and causing waste; Generally, silver electric tape or fireproof mud is used to seal the areas with leaks, and then excess lines are neatly arranged with tape;

3. Mix agent A with a flashlight for 20-30 seconds to prevent settling, then add agent B to agent A and mix for about 60 seconds. Apply to the target area. The regular operating time for the sealing agent is 30-40 minutes (adjustable), and it can be automatically leveled; If the area of the box is large, a scraper or brush can also be used to accelerate the spreading speed of the sealing agent;

4. Waiting for the sealing agent to undergo vulcanization molding, with a preliminary vulcanization molding time of 1.5-2 hours and a vulcanization molding time of 24 hours;

PS: During construction, attention should be paid to sealing off leaks to avoid missing sealing agent materials and causing waste. Due to the influence of environmental temperature and humidity on the operation time of the sealing agent, it is recommended to conduct a small test before use. If the operation time needs to be extended, the proportion of B agent can be adjusted to 10:0.8, not lower than 0.7, to avoid affecting the vulcanization effect.

Commonly used in fully insulated cabinets, distribution network control cabinets, GGD incoming and outgoing switchgear terminal boxes, ring main units, 10kV outdoor switchgear, cable branch boxes, box type transformer cabinets, XL-21 power cabinets, outdoor 10KV high and low voltage switchgear, wind turbine box transformers, common box type ring main units, circuit breaker cabinets, photovoltaic box transformers, PLC control boxes, high-speed rail box transformers, water pump control boxes, and other power and electrical equipment.

Traditional sealing and moisture-proof materials:

Common traditional moisture-proof sealing materials: cement mortar, fireproof mud, fireproof board, polyurethane foam board, etc;

Due to its low price and widespread adoption, its drawbacks will also be obvious;

Cement mortar: The waterproof sealing effect of the material is limited, and it cannot achieve tight bonding. There will be structural gaps, and cracking will occur after a service life of about 1 year, losing the purpose of sealing;

Fireproof mud: Strictly speaking, it is a fireproof material, but its waterproof and hydrophobic effects are not satisfactory, and the construction of multiple cables is difficult. Over time, there will also be a large amount of moisture erosion;

Fireproof board: unable to seal every corner, prone to aging and dust formation.
