Secondary water supply online monitoring instrumentSEN3200 mainly consists of four parts: display instrument (secondary instrument), online turbidity sensor, pH sensor, and residual chlorine sensor (primary meter). The sensor contacts the measured aqueous solution, and the instrument displays the pH value, turbidity value, residual chlorine value, temperature value, and working status of the aqueous solution.

Features:
Turbidity range: 0.0001-200NTU, can stably measure up to 0.001NTU;
All three electrodes are digital electrodes;
PH is a long-life cylindrical bulb, specifically designed for drinking water;
Residual chlorine is a consumable free constant voltage three electrode;
A solid-state continuous light source with a lifespan of up to 5 years and a dual sleeve high-efficiency bubble removal system;
Internally equipped with a gravity constant current flow pool;
Dual waterway pressure reduction and bubble removal system, shock prevention and flow control;
The controller host supports 12V/24V voltage for easy expansion in the future;
Control the host with four isolated 4-20mA outputs, three relays, RS485 communication outputs, and other variable outputs;
The box is dustproof and IP67 waterproof, ensuring the use of the instrument.

Secondary water supply online monitoring instrumentSEN3200Measurement principle:
1. Working principle of turbidity monitor
The light waves emitted by the customized solid-state light source sensor are absorbed, reflected, and scattered by the measured object during transmission, and only a small portion of the light can reach the receiver. The transmittance of the transmitted light is proportional to the concentration of the suspended object being measured, and the turbidity concentration is calculated by measuring the transmittance of the transmitted light.
2. Working principle of pH monitor
The PH monitoring device consists of signal measurement, calculation, display, and panel instructions. The impedance transformation of pH and temperature is used to convert pH into a low impedance signal of 59.16mV/pH (25 ℃) and NTC into a voltage signal. The instrument is matched with a pH (or ORP) electrode to monitor the pH (or ORP) value of the solution. The sensor is a battery composed of a pH (or ORP) glass electrode and a calomel (or Ag/AgCl) reference electrode, which generates a potential difference related to the pH value of the solution based on the Nernst equation: Ex=Eo+SpH. The potential difference is amplified by a preamplifier with high input impedance, and the thermistor sends out a signal corresponding to the temperature value. After amplification, the two sets of signals are converted from A/D and displayed on the display screen through an I/O interface chip after being processed by a single-chip microprocessor.
3. Working principle of residual chlorine monitoring device
Innovation point: The membraneless residual chlorine electrode consists of a three electrode measurement system consisting of two platinum electrodes and one silver/silver chloride electrode. The electrodes are equipped with a high-precision potentiostat, which can maintain the stability of the working electrode potential. Disinfectant components such as hypochlorous acid undergo redox reactions on the working electrode, and the generated current follows Faraday's law, thereby measuring the concentration of disinfectants. The instrument calculates the concentration of residual chlorine by collecting and analyzing current signals, therefore it has the characteristics of strong selectivity, no replacement parts, low maintenance, long electrode life, and high reliability. The electrode is equipped with an ARM processor and efficient filtering algorithm, which can effectively avoid noise interference. It has an RS-485 interface, making it easy to connect to computers and network monitoring systems.
