The core of the storage tank is made of 304 and 316L food grade and industrial grade stainless steel materials, with uniform texture, solid density, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. It can be adapted to store various materials such as water, solvents, drugs, sauces, chemical liquids, etc., to prevent material pollution, tank rusting, leakage and deterioration. The surface of the tank body adopts fine wire drawing and mirror polishing technology, which is not prone to residual materials and bacterial growth. It is easy to clean and meets the industry standards of aseptic production in food and pharmaceuticals and clean production in chemical industry.

We can customize two mainstream styles of vertical stainless steel storage tanks and horizontal stainless steel storage tanks according to needs, which are suitable for different factory sites and production needs. The vertical storage tank adopts a floor standing leg vertical structure, which occupies a small space and has a high space utilization rate. The tank body can be customized with flat bottom, conical bottom, and elliptical bottom structures. The conical bottom style can achieve material emptying without material residue, and is suitable for material discharge, sedimentation and filtration conditions. The verticality and ellipticity of the tank strictly follow industrial standards, the welding process is precise and firm, the compression resistance is strong, and the operation is stable. It is the preferred equipment for standardized material storage in the factory area.

According to functional requirements, there are multiple pipe openings on the tank body, including feed inlet, discharge outlet (low position), manhole (DN500 or above, used for maintenance), breathing valve port (to balance internal and external air pressure), liquid level gauge interface (magnetic flap or radar), CIP cleaning ball interface, drain outlet (tank bottom point), and sampling valve.

Support and accessories: Vertical tanks usually use support legs (small) or skirts (large); Horizontal tanks use saddles. Escalators, platforms (for large tanks), liquid level gauge covers, and nameplates can be installed outside the tank. Insulation layer (optional): For materials that require insulation (such as hot water, hot oil, and hot syrup), rock wool, polyurethane foam, or stainless steel plates can be wrapped around the outside of the tank to form an insulation layer.
