Stainless steel storage tank:

We offer full specification customization for vertical, horizontal, flat bottom, cone bottom, and more. The material is SUS304/SUS316L/2205 duplex steel, with mirror polished inner walls (Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m) and insulated or cold treated outer walls. Widely used in the storage and transfer of edible oil, fruit juice, alcoholic beverages, medicinal liquids, and chemical raw materials, it is the "mobile treasury" of enterprise production.

Mixing tank/ingredient tank/blending tank:

Integrate multiple mixing forms (blade type, anchor type, screw belt type, etc.), and can be configured with jacket heating/cooling, high shear emulsification, CIP online cleaning and other functions. Accurate mixing, dissolution, blending, reaction, and fermentation of materials are the core equipment for beverage, dairy, daily chemical, and chemical formula preparation.

• Reactor/High Pressure Reactor:

The head is formed by integral stamping and manufactured using full weld technology. Heating methods such as steam, electricity, and thermal oil can be designed according to demand to achieve wide temperature control from room temperature to 350 ℃. Suitable for conducting complex chemical reactions such as polymerization, condensation, hydrogenation, nitration, etc., providing a stable reaction environment for product production.

The top head and cylinder are connected by flanges or welding, and the sealing gasket is made of silicone rubber or fluororubber according to the medium.
