Overview
Shimadzu TOC-5000A Total Organic Carbon Analyzer, with a host size of 440 560 460mm， Weighing approximately 40kg, using 680 ℃ catalytic combustion oxidation method combined with NDIR detection, the detection limit reaches 0.1535ppm. Suitable for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, environmental monitoring and other fields, supporting water sample, solid and gas sample analysis, expandable total nitrogen module, equipped with automatic sampling system.

2、 Installation requirements
Space layout
A heat dissipation distance of ≥ 200mm should be reserved around the host (the working temperature of the high-temperature combustion furnace reaches 680 ℃);
The recommended operating area for the entire machine is ≥ 1 m ² (including gas cylinders, workstations, and auxiliary equipment)
Load bearing requirements
The experimental platform needs to bear a weight of ≥ 40 kg (based on the weight of the main engine foundation);
Solid module installation requires additional reinforcement of the tabletop.

The host has low standby power consumption, but the solid module requires independent power supply (additional energy consumption due to high-temperature combustion)
3、 Combination configuration description
Solid sample detection: The SSM-5000A module can directly burn soil and sludge samples, and after stacking, the overall height of the machine increases by about 300 mm;
Automatic sampler expansion: The ASI sampler supports eight channel switching, and after installation, the total width is expanded to about 900 mm;
Maintain safety: High temperature components must be cooled for at least 2 hours before they can be touched
4、 Instrument type and resolution
Instrument type: Laboratory grade total organic carbon analyzer, supporting detection of water samples, solid samples (such as soil and sludge), and gas samples
Resolution: The detection limit for water samples is 0.1535ppm (153.5 μ g/L), the detection accuracy for carbon content in solid samples is 30mg/1g, and the repeatability RSD is less than 3% (under low concentration 1ppm conditions)
