Overview

The second-class standard thermistor is an auxiliary plug-in instrument that transmits temperatures within the range of 13.8033K~961.78 ℃. It is used as a standard for calibrating various standard thermometers and precision thermometers, and can also be used for high-precision temperature measurement in the above temperature range.

Product Details

Second class standard thermistorInstructions for use:

1. Before use, first check whether the thermometer number matches the calibration certificate.

2. When using, the wiring should be correctly connected according to the markings on the terminal block of the thermometer wire.

3. The measured current through the temperature sensing element of the thermometer should be 1 milliampere.

4. The current device used to measure temperature with a thermometer should use a first level low resistance potential difference meter and a 0.01 level standard resistance coil or precision temperature measuring electrode and its auxiliary equipment. The sensitivity of the complete electrode device should ensure the ability to distinguish one ten thousandth of an ohm change.

5. During use, storage, and transportation, efforts should be made to avoid subjecting the thermometer to violent mechanical movements.

6. When using a first-class standard platinum resistance thermometer to calibrate a second-class standard platinum resistance thermometer, the calibration stroke of the standard platinum resistance thermometer approved by the National Bureau of Metrology should be followed.

7Second class standard thermistorThe thermometer should be regularly calibrated, and the original identification certificate should be brought with the thermometer when it is sent for inspection.
