Overview
The electric pressure calibrator is a portable instrument powered by AC power supply. It can measure current while measuring pressure, and the pressure current can be displayed simultaneously. The instrument is equipped with a 24VDC output. Before pressurization, the panel is equipped with pressurization and depressurization buttons, making it an ideal on-site calibration instrument.

1Electric pressure calibratorConnect the 220V power supply (using a power cord), turn on the "power switch" button, and connect the tested gauge (pressure gauge or transmitter, etc.) and the standard gauge (equipped with a standard module) through the "pressure output" port. Note that the pressure output port is an M20 * 1.5 interface.
2Electric pressure calibratorVerification of air pressure: Select the "medium selection" switch to the air pressure position (indicated by the white direction on the medium switch) and connect it to the standard module through the "signal" interface with a data cable (0-1Mpa). After connecting the tested meter (note that the range should not exceed the standard module), turn on the "on" button on the "display screen" to display the value of the standard module.
3. The red "boost" button is used to increase pressure, and the green "reduce pressure" button is used to reduce pressure. The yellow "release pressure" button is used for quick pressure relief (after pressing the light, it must be pressed again to increase pressure). The "fine adjustment pump" is used to adjust pressure.
4. For example, when calibrating a 600Kpa pressure gauge, first use the red "pressure increase" button to increase the pressure to near 600Kpa, and then use the fine adjustment button to adjust it. If the pressure exceeds 600Kpa, use the green "pressure decrease" button to reduce the pressure (usually by clicking). Then use the fine adjustment pump to adjust it. Finally, use the yellow "pressure release" button to make a note (when adding or reducing pressure, pay attention to the changes in the "display screen" and the value of the tested pressure gauge).
5. The calibration of the transmitter is performed by connecting the configured gauge rod and clamp to the red "24+" of the transmitter, connecting it to the positive and black "mA IN", and then connecting it to the negative. After that, observe the current displayed on the "display screen" and apply pressure using the same method as a pressure gauge.
6. Vacuum calibration: For vacuum calibration, simply select the "medium selection" switch to the vacuum position. Similar to pressure calibration, the pressure module should be replaced with a vacuum module (note as above).
