Compared with traditional rebound testers, the 0S120 has the following advantages:

1. Pendulum impact technology: By using the constant impact energy (0.0735 Nm) generated by the free fall of the pendulum, the residual depression depth (unit: μ m) of the impact head on the material surface is measured, directly reflecting the material's plastic deformation ability.

2. Zero damage test: The impact force is only 0.0735 Nm (1/10 of PS8000), leaving invisible indentations on the surface of soft materials.

3. Ultra short testing cycle: Single test ≤ 2 seconds, supporting high-frequency sampling on the production line.

4. Laser displacement sensor: resolution of 0.1 μ m, accuracy of ± 2 μ m (much higher than mechanical indentation instrument).

5. Self calibration mechanism: Automatically calibrate the reference surface upon startup to eliminate installation errors.
