3.1 Adaptation Equipment: Specially designed for daily calibration, periodic calibration, and post maintenance calibration of SCALP-05 series portable intelligent stress gauges to ensure that the measurement accuracy of the equipment meets the testing requirements.
3.2 Application scenarios: Suitable for the calibration of stress testing of various transparent glass materials such as building curtain wall glass, automotive safety glass, photovoltaic module glass, etc., covering the entire process scenarios of production quality inspection, engineering acceptance, operation and maintenance inspection, etc.
3.3 Limitations: Not applicable for calibration scenarios on special coating surfaces such as Low-E film, anti reflective film, screen printing, etc; Avoid using in direct sunlight to avoid affecting calibration accuracy.

4 Inspection Standards and Methods
4.1.1 Comply with the national standard requirements of GB/T 18144-2019 "Glass Stress Testing Methods".
4.1.2 Comply with the relevant calibration requirements of ISO 12543-2 "Automotive Safety Glass" international standard.
4.2.1 Dimensional Inspection: Use a high-precision vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.001mm to select 3 evenly distributed points in the dimensions of length, width, and height of the standard block for measurement. Take the average value and ensure that the deviation meets the requirement of ± 0.02mm.
4.2.2 Material and surface quality inspection: visually inspect with a 10x magnifying glass to confirm the absence of defects such as bubbles, cracks, impurities, etc; To measure surface roughness using a surface roughness meter, it is necessary to meet the requirement of Ra ≤ 0.02 μ m.
4.2.3 Stress parameter inspection: Use the standard block in conjunction with the SCALP-05 stress meter, complete the measurement according to the equipment operating specifications, and ensure that the deviation between the measurement results and the calibrated stress values of the standard block meets the accuracy requirements; Simultaneously conduct multi-point measurements to verify stress uniformity.
4.2.4 Environmental adaptability test: Simulate different environmental conditions in high and low temperature test chambers, constant temperature and humidity test chambers, and dust-proof and waterproof test chambers to complete calibration tests and ensure the stability of various parameters.
5 Packaging and Storage Requirements
Anti static and anti-collision packaging is adopted. The inner packaging is sealed foam box, and the outer packaging is hard cardboard box; The packaging should be accompanied by product qualification certificate, calibration certificate, user manual and other materials.
5.2.1 Storage environment: It should be placed in a constant temperature and humidity environment, with temperature controlled between 15 ℃~30 ℃, relative humidity controlled between 40%~60%, and no condensation.
5.2.2 Storage taboos: Keep away from corrosive substances such as acid and alkali, strong magnetic fields, and strong vibration environments; Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature exposure; Stacking and heavy pressure are strictly prohibited.
5.2.3 Validity period: Under normal storage conditions, the product has a validity period of 12 months. After expiration, it needs to be recalibrated and calibrated before it can continue to be used.
