Our ZTRS pneumatic sanitary control valve is suitable for regulating various physical quantities such as pressure, temperature, and flow, such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, clean steam, alcohol, beverages, and biochemical industrial process control applications. Pneumatic thin film sanitary control valves have the advantages of compact structure, easy assembly and disassembly, and high adjustment accuracy, especially in terms of low pressure drop loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, and high flow accuracy, which comply with the IEC534-1-1978 standard. The leakage rate of the pneumatic sanitary control valve meets the ANSIB16.104 standard. The pneumatic sanitary control valve is equipped with different multi spring actuators, which provide high output force. The angle design of the pneumatic sanitary control valve ensures self discharge, standard electronic polishing, smooth surface to ensure cleanliness, no medium accumulation area, and no potential pollution. Quickly disassemble and assemble the valve body and valve cap, making valve opening and maintenance quick and easy, and reducing process downtime.
