1、 Overview of Pneumatic Sleeve Regulating Valve Products
The ZJHM pneumatic sleeve regulating valve produced by Shanghai Yuhu Company adopts a double sealed structure, consisting of a multi spring pneumatic thin film actuator and a low flow resistance precision small sleeve regulating valve body, which is also known as a pneumatic thin film sleeve regulating valve. Multi spring actuators have low height, light weight, and easy equipment. The flow channel of the precision small valve body is S-shaped, and the pneumatic sleeve regulating valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and easy maintenance, which can be used in harsh working conditions. Pneumatic thin film sleeve regulating valve is particularly suitable for situations with low leakage requirements and large pressure difference before and after the valve. The main features of pneumatic sleeve regulating valve are as follows:
(1) Adopting a balanced double sealed valve core, it allows for large pressure differences and stable operation under unbalanced forces.
(2) The large guiding surface of the valve core can improve the oscillation caused by eddy currents and impacts.
(3) Reduce noise by about 10dB compared to ordinary single or double seat regulating valves.
(4) The structure is simple and easy to assemble, disassemble, and maintain.
