1. It can achieve the conversion between track measurement and trackless measurement
A. Trackless measurement is based on the guide rail that ensures the straightness of the driving part. By moving the detector, the up and down displacement of the measuring needle is detected to detect the surface roughness, waviness, and subtle step shapes, achieving measurement of surface roughness, waviness, and subtle step shapes
B. Track measurement tracks larger waveforms on the surface of the measured workpiece, thereby shaking the detector with guide rails. At this point, the vertical displacement of the measuring needle based on the guide rail will be used as the surface roughness for detection.
2. Prediction function for workpiece positioning
The standard equipment is equipped with a strong support for horizontal adjustment DAT (Digital Advanced Tilting) function during trackless measurement. The DAT (Digital Advanced Tilting) function allows for pre measurement and calculates the inclination of the measurement surface based on the measurement results. 3. Measurable R-surface roughness (in trackless measurement):
The surface roughness of spherical or cylindrical surfaces cannot be directly measured, but surface roughness evaluation can be performed by correcting for circular components. In addition to circular shapes, it can also correspond to measurements of surfaces such as parabolic, conical, and inclined shapes.
4. Recalculate:
After measurement, the evaluation criteria (specifications, curves, parameters) can be recalculated and easily completed.
5. One measurement can be evaluated twice under different conditions:
One measurement can be used to analyze two different evaluation conditions. Without relying on data saving for recalculation, a single measurement can be used to calculate parameters and analyze evaluation curves, greatly improving work efficiency
6. Qualified/unqualified display:
When measuring surface roughness, it is necessary to accelerate the distance before starting the measurement (reading data). SJ-410 sets an acceleration distance of 0.5mm under normal measurement. This distance can be shortened to 0.15mm, which is the small-scale measurement function (from the origin position of the driving part to the beginning). This function extends the measurement range to measure the roughness of narrow spaces such as piston rings and O-ring installation grooves.
7. Simple contour analysis function:
The collected point group data can be used to analyze surface roughness, and contour shape analysis (step difference, step difference amount, area, coordinate difference) can also be easily performed. It can analyze subtle shapes that cannot be analyzed on contour shape measuring machines.
