It can complete multi-channel dust sampling work with one click through a remote control, meeting the relevant requirements of JJF () 18 dust testing equipment calibration specifications; The high-precision weighing device uses an international brand's Class I electronic balance (optional) as the main standard to ensure the accuracy of weighing; The flow calibration device adopts an international brand high-precision soap film flowmeter (optional) as the standard to quickly achieve on-site calibration of flow. The entire device has a compact structure and reasonable layout, greatly improving the convenience of operation.

Sand and dust test chamber calibration deviceWe use a mass flow meter for measurement to ensure the stability of the collected flow rate. We also use a wireless remote control for operation, making the entire detection process simple and easy to carry out. This is used in conjunction with our self-developed sand and dust sampler. The operation of the device is very simple:
1) Before testing, please ensure that the instrument is charged to full capacity (with the display screen battery reaching 99% as the standard);
2) Turn on the power button, power on the system, perform a self check on the first line of the system, and preheat for 30 minutes after the self check is completed (effective preheating can better ensure the stability of the sampling flow);
3) If necessary, an electronic soap film flowmeter can be used to calibrate the flow rate. If calibration is required, the flow rate can be calibrated by pressing the "Calibration" button;
4) Use a high-precision electronic balance (preheated for 2 hours) to weigh and record the weight of the sand and dust sampler before testing;
5) Arrange sand and dust samplers according to the volume of the box, and connect the samplers to the corresponding ports of the calibration device through hoses;
6) Fix the calibration device to ensure that it does not hinder the normal operation of the detection;
7) Close the door of the sand and dust test chamber and operate the tested equipment according to the calibration specifications;
8) Control the sand and dust sampler to sample sand and dust through the remote control button. The calibration device will automatically start running and the progress of sampling will be indicated by the indicator light. After completion, the corresponding indicator light will light up to end the sand and dust collection;
9) After the dust settling inside the tested equipment is completed, open the test chamber door, take out the sampler, clean the surface dust of the sampler, weigh it, and record the final data;
10) Clean the dust on the calibration instrument surface, turn off the power supply of the calibration device, and complete the calibration work.
