Usage
1. Remove the detector and install it into the roughness meter
2. Turn on the machine and check if the battery display is normal. Clean the surface of the workpiece being tested and place the instrument correctly and steadily on the surface of the workpiece being tested
3. Enter the main display interface for basic measurement status
4. Press the measurement button, the detector slides back and forth, and the instrument automatically measures
5. Measurement completed, display the surface roughness value of the measured object on the screen
Precautions
1. Strictly avoid collisions, severe vibrations, heavy dust, moisture, oil stains, strong magnetism, etc.
2. The selection of measurement conditions generally includes the selection of sampling length, evaluation length, and range for roughness meters, which depends on the size and surface finish of the workpiece.
3. When the battery voltage is insufficient, it should be charged in a timely manner to avoid affecting the testing accuracy.
