SZL double drum coal-fired steam boiler

The SZL series coal-fired steam boiler series assembled water tube hot water boiler is a double drum water tube chain grate boiler. The boiler body has two upper and lower drums arranged longitudinally along the center of the boiler. The front part of the upper drum and the water-cooled wall tubes on both sides form the radiation heating surface of the furnace, and the tube bundle between the rear part of the upper drum and the lower drum forms the convection heating surface. The economizer is arranged at the rear of the boiler, and the high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion is partially absorbed by the furnace. After passing through the cooling chamber, it enters the convective heating surface for heat transfer, and then is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan through the economizer and dust collector before being discharged into the atmosphere.

The electrical control cabinet is equipped with complete automatic control and monitoring equipment, with high degree of automation, safety and reliability, and easy operation.
