The JY series biomass pellet burner is developed in collaboration between Jingyu Company and South China University of Technology. With advanced technology experience in biomass combustion and market application experience of Jingyu's first four generations of products, it has given birth to the leading fifth generation biomass pellet water-cooled burner in China. Solved fatal problems such as backfire in the hopper of past generations of products, easy burning of the ignition port, and short lifespan of refractory bricks in the furnace. Mainly used to replace heating equipment such as fuel and gas combustion engines, fuel and gas burners, coal stoves, and diesel stoves. Widely used in the renovation of oil and gas boilers, hand fired boilers, chain boilers, central aluminum melting furnaces, valve casting, paint drying, powder coating curing, food drying, kiln heating, aluminum profile processing, metal melting, electroplating drying and other industries nationwide. This product is mainly used to solve the two major problems of high energy costs and non compliant flue gas emissions in industrial production enterprises.

3. Water cooling structure, safe and stable:
Circulating water cooling on the furnace wall, multiple protections for water shortage and overheating, safety interlock of control circuits, and dual security measures for software and hardware to prevent safety regulations. Dual frequency feeding and automatic air distribution optimization control reduce fuel consumption and power consumption, and the hot water in the protective layer can be reused, saving 30% -80% of operating costs compared to fuel (gas) combustion engines; Double stage intelligent combustion of large and small flames, fast fuel gasification speed, flame temperature above 1000 degrees, and a burnout rate of over 98%.
