SWP-LED Sixteen Channel Intelligent Inspection Control Instrument

The SWP-LED series multi-channel inspection controller is used for the patrol inspection, display, and alarm of multiple measurement points in industrial control systems.

1、 Main features
It is possible to choose between unified alarm control output (or unified transmission output) for each input channel or separate alarm control output (or separate transmission output) for each input channel. Each channel has a unified alarm control output and can choose to alarm with memory (if any channel alarm is not cleared, it will continue to alarm until all channels have no alarms) or alarm without memory (output an alarm when cycling to a channel with an alarm, and no alarm when cycling to a channel without an alarm).

★ Note 1: Instruments generally input the same type of signal. If different signals need to be input for each channel, please specify the input signal type for each channel in detail when ordering.
★ Note 2: Unified control/alarm output: that is, all channels of the instrument share one (or two) alarm output relay, or all channels share one set of transmission control outputs. The unified control/alarm output instrument is divided into the following two alarm modes (instruments without alarm memory are provided unless otherwise specified).
A. Without alarm memory function: If there is an alarm in the current channel during patrol, an alarm will be output. If there is no alarm in the lower channel during patrol, the alarm output will be turned off.
B. Equipped with alarm memory function: When there is an alarm in the current channel during patrol, an alarm will be output. If there is no alarm in the lower channel during patrol, the alarm output will continue until all channels have no alarm, and the police will stop outputting.
C. Separate control/alarm output: That is, each measurement channel of the instrument has one (or two) alarm relay output alarm, and the alarm outputs are independent of each other. Or each measurement channel has a set of independent transmission control outputs. When the input channel is ≤ 8, the upper and lower limit/channel alarm outputs can be selected separately. When the input channel is>8 or ≤ 16, the upper or lower limit/channel alarm outputs can be selected.
