SUTE320A Wireless High Voltage Nuclear Phase Analyzer

SUTE320AWireless high-voltage nuclear phase analyzeralso known asFully intelligent wireless high-voltage voice phase analyzer、Wireless High Voltage Nuclear Phaser, abbreviated asNuclear phase analyzerorNuclear reactor, by wireless receiver、detectorExpansion and contractionComposed of insulating rods, etc. The receiver adopts3.5-inch true color LCD screen, displaying nuclear phase results, phase, voltage, frequency, vector diagram indicators on the same screen, with voice prompts such as "X signal normal, Y signal normal, in-phase, out of phase", clear and intuitive. The nuclear phase distance on open ground can reach160mFar away, it can be right1V~The 550kV voltage line is equipped with fully intelligent core phase. Bare wires of 35kV and below can directly contact the core phase, while bare wires of 35kV and above use non-contact core phase. The non-contact core phase is achieved by gradually approaching the detector to the tested wire. When an electric field signal is induced, the core phase can be completed without directly contacting the high-voltage wire, making it safer! This nuclear phase analyzer has the functions of a high-voltage voltage tester, a high-voltage phase meter, and a high-voltage phase sequence meter, which can be used for electrical testing, phase sequence testing, transformer group determination, etc.

1. Basic operations
The receiver and detector are both pressedPOWERPress the key to turn on and off the machine. After the detector is turned onThe LED indicator light is on, entering the testing mode. If the LED flashes slowly after turning on, the detector battery is low and needs to be charged, and the LED flashes rapidly during charging. After 15 minutes of startup, the LED continues to flash slowly, indicating that the detector will automatically shut down. At this time, pressPOWERThe key detector can continue to work. After the receiver is turned on,LCD display, pressup and down arrowsThe keys can be adjustedLCD backlight brightness. After the receiver is turned on for 15 minutes, the LCD flashes, indicating that the receiver will automatically shut down. At this time, pressPOWERThe key receiver can continue to work.

2. Testing
Contact with nuclear phase: When the bare wire voltage is below 35kV, or when the wire has a safe insulation sheath below 110kV, the detector probe or hook can be in contact with the nuclear phase of the wire. When the voltage is extremely low, such as below 60V, it must be in contact with the core phase. During the nuclear phase, the detector automatically adjusts the induction intensity of the electric field, and automatically increases or decreases the signal amplification factor based on the strength of the electric field, making it easier for nuclear phase detection in areas with dense lines.
Non contact nuclear phase: When the voltage of the bare wire is higher than 35kV, the detector gradually approaches the wire (without contacting the wire), and when the detector senses an electric field, it emits a "beep beep beep" beep sound to complete the nuclear phase.
Self verification phase: Before going to the site for phase verification, self verification can be done in the laboratory or office to confirm that the instrument is working properly. First, insert the self calibration line plug into a 220V power socket. Then, contact the two clips of the self calibration line with the probes or hooks of the XY detector, and self verify the phase on the same live wire. The host indicates the same phase. If there is no signal, it is possible that the self calibration line plug is inserted incorrectly. Simply unplug and reinsert it.
Low Voltage Nuclear Phase: Verify the secondary live indicators of switchgear, ring main unit, and central cabinet. Special Reminder: The nuclear phase on the secondary live indicator belongs to the low voltage nuclear phase, generally below 100V. Due to the low voltage, in order to ensure the accuracy of the nuclear phase, a spring type auxiliary test line can be used. The crocodile clamp of the spring type auxiliary test line is clamped on the ground wire, and the round hole end of the spring type auxiliary test line is inserted into the charging hole of the collector. The probe at the front end of the collector is then inserted into the nuclear phase hole of the live indicator for phase verification. When the voltage of the wire is higher than 100V, the use of spring type auxiliary test wires is prohibited.
Phase sequence determination: Determine the three-phase phase sequence based on the degree of XY, with a positive phase sequence around 120 degrees and a negative phase sequence around 240 degrees.

Example of on-site nuclear phase operation | |
High voltage bare wire core phase above 35kV |
The detector is connected to an insulating rod, which is fully stretched and does not require the installation of a probe hook. The detector gradually approaches the wire and is not in contact with the core phase. When the core phase is not in contact, the detector should avoid other wires as much as possible. |
Nuclear phase of lines below 35kV |
The detector is connected to an insulating rod, which is fully stretched. The detector can be hung on the circuit to contact the core phase. |
380V/220V mains power line nuclear phase |
The front end of the detector can be used to verify the phase by contacting the live line, without the need for a probe hook. The insulation rod is used depending on the height of the line above the ground. |
Core phase of lines below 100V |
The detector does not need to be connected to an insulation rod, probe or hook to contact the wire core phase. If the voltage is too low, insert the auxiliary test line plug into the detector charging hole and clamp the auxiliary test line to the grounding terminal or cabinet door. |
High voltage switchgear energized finger(Display) display core phase |
The detector does not need to be connected to an insulating rod. Install the probe and insert it into the live indicator phase. If the voltage is too low, insert the auxiliary test line plug into the detector charging hole and clamp the auxiliary test line to the grounding terminal or cabinet door. This method is a secondary side nuclear phase, and whether the nuclear phase result is correct depends on whether the corresponding relationship between L1, L2, L3 and the busbar is correct. ) |
switchgearPT, CT secondary side power point nuclear phase |
The detector does not need to be connected to an insulating rod. Install the probe and insert it into the live indicator phase. If the voltage is too low, insert the auxiliary test line plug into the detector charging hole and clamp the auxiliary test line to the grounding terminal or cabinet door. This method is a secondary side nuclear phase, and whether the nuclear phase result is correct depends on whether the corresponding relationship between L1, L2, L3 and the busbar is correct. ) |
10kV/35kV enclosed high voltage cabinet wiring T-head nuclear phase |
The XY detector is connected to an insulating rod, equipped with a probe hook, and the detector contacts the T-head core phase. Generally, it is not necessary to install a probe hook to contact the core phase.Elbow shaped headThe nuclear phase can also be operated in the same way. |
Five proof switchgear nuclear phase |
The detector cannot be connected to an insulating rod, and do not install probes or hooks; Power off the busbar of the tested switchgear or shake out the handcart; Then attach the detector to the busbar or handcart busbar, and use elastic bands to bind and fix the detector to the busbar or busbar; The detector is turned on, and then the switchgear is powered on to verify the phase. |
Core phase between primary and secondary of 10kV/35kV transformer |
The X detector is connected to the insulation rod and the probe hook, and hung on the primary line of the 10kV/35kV transformer (10kV/35kV end); The Y detector is connected to the insulation rod and the probe hook, and hung on the secondary line of the transformer (400V end) for phase detection. |
