1 Overview
For the power system, transformers are the core equipment in the system, so the long-term and reliable operation of transformers is related to the stability and reliability of the entire system.
The DC resistance of transformers is a necessary test item for semi-finished and finished products in transformer manufacturing, factory testing, installation, handover testing, and preventive testing by the power department. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires of transformer coils, as well as hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed a transformer DC resistance tester using our own technological advantages. This instrument is a new generation rapid testing device that integrates magnetic assistance testing, three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △), and demagnetization functions. It is an ideal equipment for measuring the DC resistance of large power transformers. The screen adopts a true color large screen high-resolution LCD display, with touch control and shuttle knob operation, making it convenient for on-site use. It has a Chinese menu prompt function, easy and intuitive operation, and can complete all direct resistance test items in one wiring. The testing speed is fast, the accuracy is high, and the range is wide.
2 Main functions and features
2.1 For Yn type, Y type, and △ type windings, three-phase measurement can be used to test and calculate the three-phase unbalance rate.
2.2 The output current of the test power supply is 50A, with a testing range of 0-25k Ω, which meets the testing requirements of the vast majority of transformers; And it integrates magnetic assistance and demagnetization functions to meet various on-site testing needs.
2.3 The testing process can automatically calculate the resistance value change rate within 5 seconds, 15 seconds, and 30 seconds, which can assist the testing personnel in judging the stability of the test data and prevent misreading of the data.
2.4 The instrument has various protection functions such as 380V misconnection protection, back electromotive force protection, disconnection protection, and power-off protection, as well as an alarm function for unconnected grounding wire.
The 2.5 instrument is equipped with a thermal printer, which can store 200 pieces of data and support massive storage on a USB drive.
