At present, the vast majority of existing artificial sand production lines adopt wet production technology. Regardless of the type of sand washing machine used, the prominent disadvantage is that fine sand (particles below 0.16mm) is severely lost, and some even lose more than 20%. This not only loses production, but also seriously affects the grading of sand, resulting in unreasonable grading and coarse fineness modulus, greatly reducing the product quality of machine-made sand. Excessive discharge of fine sand can also cause environmental pollution. To solve the above problems, our company has developed the SS series fine sand recovery system, which is a high-quality fine sand recovery device designed by our company to absorb high-quality technology and combine with the actual situation in China. It is widely used in sand and gravel processing systems of hydropower stations, glass raw material processing systems, artificial sand production lines, coarse coal slurry recovery in coal preparation plants, and environmental protection engineering (mud purification, etc.), which can effectively solve the problem of fine sand recovery.
1. In the traditional wet processing technology of artificial sand, the washing and dewatering of artificial sand are carried out using a spiral sand washing machine, and the loss of artificial sand (especially fine sand) is almost uncontrollable. The use of this fine sand recovery device can effectively reduce the loss of fine sand, keeping it within 5-10%. It effectively solves the problem of high fineness modulus of finished sand and low stone powder content in artificial aggregate processing systems.
2. The inner lining of the cyclone is made of polyurethane, which improves the service life of the entire device and can smoothly complete tasks such as slurry concentration and liquid clarification.
3. The fine sand recycling machine is capable of recovering 85% of the fine particulate materials in the total emissions, and has excellent technical and economic advantages.
4. The vibrating screen uses polyurethane mesh, which has a longer lifespan and is less prone to clogging compared to other types of mesh.

1. Structure of fine sand recovery device: composed of motor, slurry pump, cyclone, ZKR linear vibrating screen, cleaning tank, return box, etc.
2. The working process of the fine sand recycling machine: The sand water mixture is transported to the cyclone, and the fine sand concentrated by centrifugal classification is provided to the vibrating screen through the sand settling nozzle. After dehydration by the vibrating screen, the fine sand and water are effectively separated. A small amount of fine sand, mud, etc. are returned to the cleaning tank through the return bin. When the liquid level in the cleaning tank is too high, they are discharged through the discharge port The weight concentration of materials recovered by the linear vibrating screen is 70% -85%. Adjusting the fineness modulus can be achieved by changing the pump speed, changing the mortar concentration, adjusting the overflow water volume, and replacing the sand nozzle. Thus completing three functions: cleaning, dehydration, and grading.
