Working principle of high-precision cement mill

1. Single layer compartment board: Its function is to separate the grinding body, so that the large material can be crushed in one compartment, while avoiding the impact of large balls on the internal screening system.

2. Internal screening system: This system can screen qualified particle size powder and push it to the next bin, while returning unqualified powder to the previous bin for further grinding. This system is processed and manufactured according to the cement fineness required by the manufacturer to ensure high production and efficiency of the grinder.

3. Internal lifting device: This system can lift qualified particle size powder into the next bin, control the material ball ratio between the front and rear bins, avoid over grinding, and accelerate the grinding efficiency of the material flow, ensuring high production of the mill.

4. Export grate plate: Based on years of research, its design is more suitable for the grinding principle, with smooth discharge and low ventilation resistance.
