Overview

SRXM-533 Granular Wood Fiber Density Tester $r $n Product Description $r $n Granular Wood Fiber Density Tester $r $n is used for the loose square density test of granular wood fibers. In addition to the positioning angle, this product is equipped with a leveling device for adjusting balance to reduce the influence of external environment on the measurement results; The funnel and measuring cup have positioning devices to ensure that the centers of the funnel and measuring cup are in a straight line; And install a height measuring ruler on the bracket, which is helpful for adjusting the funnel height measurement

Product Details

SRXM-533 Granular Wood Fiber Density Tester

Compliant with standards:

JT/T 533-2020 "Fibers for Asphalt Pavement" - Appendix N: Loose Square Density Test of Granular Wood Fibers“

Technical parameters:

1. Metal cup: Capacity: 100 milliliters

Inner diameter: 40mm

Height: 80 millimeters

2. Funnel: Height: 115 millimeters

Upper inner diameter: 55mm

Inner diameter of lower mouth: 35 millimeters

SRXM-533 Granular Wood Fiber Density Tester Experimental Procedure:

1. Take two 100 g ± 1g fiber samples using the quartering method; Place it in a porcelain dish and dry it in a 105 ℃± 5 ℃ oven for at least 2 hours, then cool it in a dryer;

2. Clean the interior of the metal cup and funnel thoroughly; Close the valve at the bottom of the funnel and slowly load the dried and cooled granular fibers into the funnel with a shovel; Place the bottom of the funnel

Open the valve approximately 40mm above the metal cup to allow the fibers to fall into the cup under their own weight;

3. Scrape off excess fibers from the metal cup with a ruler and level the surface; During the experiment, do not vibrate or squeeze the fibers in the metal cup;

4. Reset the porcelain plate to zero on the balance, transfer the fibers from the metal cylinder into the porcelain plate, and weigh the fiber mass m, accurate to 0.01g;

5. Place the metal cup on the balance to zero, fill it with purified water at 23 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃, wipe off the water on the outer wall of the cup, weigh the water to the nearest 0.01g.
