SRT SEC bonded stationary phase adopts specialized surface modification technology, which is prepared by bonding a uniform nano thick neutral hydrophilic film on a high-purity silica gel matrix with good mechanical stability. The process adopts controllable chemical modification techniques, thus ensuring reliable reproducibility between columns. SRT filler adopts chemical bonding technology, and the surface hydrophilic coating covers the entire W, so it not only has excellent stability, but also has very little non-specific adsorption effect on biological samples such as proteins. The carefully designed large pore volume ensures high separation capacity and excellent resolution. Widely used for the separation and detection of biomolecules and water-soluble polymers.

SRT SEC stationary phase can achieve high separation and maximum recovery in numerous separation applications. High capacity, high resolution
In volume exclusion chromatography, the pore volume of the packing determines the maximum capacity of the chromatographic column. The larger the pore volume, the higher the column capacity and the better the separation effect. The SRT stationary phase carefully designed by Saifen Technology has a large pore volume, for example, the pore volume of SRT SEC-150, 300, and 500 is 1.3-1.5 mL/g, while the pore volume of SRT SEC-100, 1000, and 2000 is 1.0-1.1 mL/g. The following figure shows that compared to competitor T's SEC column, SRT SEC-150 column has many advantages. Firstly, SRT columns have a higher separation capacity than T-columns. For the SRT column and T column, the elution volumes from the full permeation peak (uracil) to the full exclusion peak (thyroglobulin) are 6.7 mL and 6.17 mL, respectively. Secondly, the SRT column has a higher resolution than the T column. Poly DL alanine in the figure is a peptide with an average molecular weight of 1-5 kD (Sigma). Based on experience, it is known that the average molecular weight of two substances that can achieve baseline separation in a volume exclusion chromatography column must differ by more than two times. SRT SEC-150 can effectively separate ribonuclease A (13.7 kD) and poly DL alanine, while the T-column cannot achieve baseline separation. In addition, the complete 22 peak shape of SRT column separation of poly-DL-alanine indicates that it has no non-specific effect on poly-DL-alanine. On the contrary, the broadening of peak shape and tailing phenomenon observed during the separation of poly-DL-alanine on a T-column indicate that there is some non-specific binding between the stationary phase of the column and the sample.

The sample size is an important indicator for volume exclusion chromatography separation and purification. From the figure below, it can be seen that with BSA as the target molecule, the loading capacity of the Sai Fen SRT analysis column can exceed 500 μ g, indicating its high loading capacity.
