Structural Description Design Description

Differential pressure identification: By using a differential pressure system to identify whether the filter surface needs to be replaced, it avoids the waste of filter material and resources caused by human operation errors, and ensures that the filter achieves optimal filtration efficiency and economic operation mode during operation;
Dual control of time/pressure difference: avoid excessive rolling up of clean filter material, which may cause waste;
Filter media alarm indication: When a roll of filter media is almost used up, the indicator light prompts to replace it with a new roll of filter media;
Flexible module assembly: This device can be used independently as a single unit or assembled with multiple units to meet the needs of places with large ventilation areas;
Automatic Renewable Media Controlled System
This is the corn design of Autoroll-Filter. The pressurize detector system controlled the renewable media without any human decision judgments. Thus ,minimize human error decision on renewable media and power consumption to ensure the finest efficiency rate and economic operation during services.

Working principle
A new roll of filter material is installed on the filter box of the automatic winding filter. When high air volume and high concentration dusty air is introduced by external force and passes through the winding filter, the initial resistance of the filter gradually increases with the increase of filtered dust. When the resistance of the filter rises to the design final value, the pressure difference switch is activated, and its switch signal is input into the control program to automatically start the motor. The motor runs to drive the lower filter material spool to rotate, thereby winding up the dirty filter material and replacing it with clean filter material on the filtering surface. Until the entire roll of filter material is used up, by changing the position of the handle, the limit switch in the upper filter material box will be disconnected, and the filter material alarm indicator light (red light) will light up to indicate the need to replace a new roll of filter material.
The controlled system has a pre-set value for final resistance . When the pressure value is equivalent or larger than preset value,the logo control will auto-matically roll the renewable media. The dirty media go downward and a clean media will take over.
