This series of packaging machines can automatically complete the entire packaging process, including bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, printing batch numbers, cutting and tearing, cutting, and counting.

1. The packaging speed and bag length can be infinitely adjusted within the rated range without the need to replace parts. The bag making length is digitally set through the packaging machine controller, and the bag is pulled by a stepper motor, making the bag length adjustment simple and convenient, the bag making length accurate, and the operation stable and reliable.

2. The heat sealer body adopts four-way heating control, and the heat sealing temperature can be pre-set and automatically controlled to ensure good thermal balance. It is suitable for various packaging materials to ensure tight and smooth sealing of the bag mouth.

3. Use high-quality photoelectric switches (electric eyes) to detect and locate the printed color codes on packaging materials, so that the packaged products can obtain complete trademark patterns. The intelligent photoelectric color code positioning control system can automatically eliminate the influence of interference signals caused by abnormal color code patterns and poorly printed packaging materials, and operate stably and reliably

4. Automatically print the batch number or production date of the packaged finished product. (Note: Conventional products are hot pressed. If ribbon printing is required, special orders can be placed to install a ribbon type hot coding machine.)

5. Cut easy to tear edges on each bag of finished products for easy use by consumers.

When changing the width of the finished packaging bag, it is necessary to replace the forming machine used for bag making. (Note: One machine is only equipped with one width specification of forming tool. If users prepare to package finished products with multiple bag widths on one machine, they need to purchase forming tools of other width specifications separately.)

7. All components in contact with the packaged materials are made of stainless steel or non-toxic materials, which comply with the hygiene standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries.

8. Measurement method

SQW-60CThe powder type machine adopts the screw volumetric method for measurement, and uses a stepper motor to drive the screw to rotate and feed. The measurement is accurate, stable and reliable, and meets the measurement standards. Capacity adjustment is simple and convenient, and digital settings can be made on the packaging machine controller to adjust the packaging capacity.
