5.1 Unpacking
The SPY3200 multi-channel oxygen analyzer is shipped in cardboard boxes, which contain instructions and other materials. Take out the instrument from the packaging box, check if the appearance of the instrument is intact, and if the items inside the packaging box are consistent with the packing list

Please install and debug in a timely manner. If you have any questions, please contact our after-sales personnel in a timely manner.
5.2 Instrument installation
The installation method of SPY32000 multi-channel oxygen analyzer is horizontal placement or embedded. Placed installation is to directly place the instrument on the workbench, connect the power and gas circuits of the instrument, and then start the operation.
Embedded installation is installed in a suitable location on site through the holes on the front panel of the instrument panel.
Gas path connection
The sample gas sent to the interior of the oxygen analyzer must be a non corrosive, oil-free dry gas. If the sampled gas contains corrosive substances or water vapor, it must be treated with sintered metal filters, activated carbon filters, or chemical adsorbents before being transported to the oxygen analyzer. The sampling gas flow rate should be controlled within the range of 400mL/Min.
Note:
When the instrument air circuit is at positive pressure, please turn off the air pump for measurement!!
6.1 Requirements for intake air duct
Correctly connecting the gas circuit is an extremely important factor in the accurate measurement process. Please pay attention to the following matters and implement them appropriately.
6.1.1 Material of trachea
It is recommended to use trachea made of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, fluororubber elastomer, ethylene resin, nylon, etc., but they must have good heat resistance. Silicon trachea can pass through oxygen in the atmosphere, and the use of silicon trachea and gaskets is prohibited.

6.1.2 Removing oil from the trachea
After using evaporative cleaning materials to clean the oil and organic substances inside the trachea, thoroughly blow with N2 or compressed air for a long time to achieve the final cleaning treatment.
6.2 Requirements for air outlet duct
The air outlet must be connected to the atmosphere and must not be blocked!
Due to the gas path design of the instrument, the sample gas passing through the pipeline must be discharged through the outlet. If the gas path is blocked and the gas cannot be discharged, it will cause the pressure inside the sensor chamber to rise, the sensor signal to change, resulting in inaccurate measurement values, excessive pressure holding, and even sensor damage.
If the sample gas cannot be directly discharged into the air (such as toxic and harmful gases), the gas should be discharged to a safe area after connecting the pipeline at the outlet, and the outlet should be kept unobstructed at all times. Blocking is strictly prohibited.
7Wiring Instructions

8.6 Calibration Settings (Password 1088)
System settings include: component calibration, component filtering, channel mapping, and data backup and recovery.

8.6.1 Component Calibration

Multi channel oxygen content calibration: Enter the calibration page and enter password 1088, then calibrate the instrument. This instrument can be calibrated with single point, two-point, or three-point calibration. Recommend customers to use two-point or three-point calibration. When calibrating the oxygen content of channel 14, the default channel number is channel 1. When calibrating a certain channel, please connect the gas path of that channel and click on the number to select the corresponding channel. Do not connect the gas path or select the wrong channel. Taking the calibration of CH01 channel as an example, the calibration methods for other channels are similar.

Single point calibration: Pure air (open the air pump to extract air) or nitrogen oxygen standard gas needs to be introduced. After the value stabilizes, enter the oxygen calibration page and re-enter the range point calibration value as 206000ppm~209000ppm (for air calibration) or standard gas value (for standard gas calibration).
Two point calibration: The range point must be calibrated first, and then the zero point must be calibrated. Linear points are not calibrated. First calibrate the range point, follow the single point calibration steps to calibrate the range point, and then calibrate the zero point (the air pump must be turned off). Introduce high-purity nitrogen gas, wait for the value to stabilize, and then re-enter the zero point calibration value as 0ppm.
Three point calibration: The range point must be calibrated first, and then the zero or linear point must be calibrated. Calibrate the range point according to the single point calibration steps, and then calibrate the linear point (the air pump must be turned off). If using 800ppm standard gas, introduce the standard gas and wait for the value to stabilize. Then re-enter the linear point calibration value as 800ppm; Finally calibrate the zero point (the air pump must be turned off), introduce high-purity nitrogen gas, wait for the value to stabilize, and re-enter the zero point calibration value as 0ppm.
Note:
1When calibrating this instrument, the range point must be calibrated first, and then other points can be calibrated correctly for measurement;
2Due to the large range span of the instrument and its common use in the reflow soldering industry for measurement1000ppmThe following oxygen concentrations are recommended for three-point calibration.
3Due to the normal operating condition of the instrument being slight negative pressure, when calibrating the instrument, please use an external flow meter to control the flow rate or an external pressure regulating valve, and then check the flow rate through the instrument flow rate.
Warning!
When calibrating the instrument, the flow meter on the instrument must be turned to its maximum (pressure build-up is prohibited).

8.6.2 Component filtering

It has been set at the factory and is not recommended to be changed. If you need to make changes, please consult the manufacturer's after-sales service.
8.6.3 Channel Mapping Settings

>Number: Click to select channel (1-14)
>Name: Component Name O2
>Enable: Enable numerical mapping for a certain channel

>Channel 1: Number of mapped channel 1
>Channel 2: Number of mapped channel 2
Note:
1When activated, the measurement value of a certain channel is the set channel1 And the channel2The average value, channel1 And the channel2 The channel number should not be the channel itself.
2Provide examples, such as channels1 The numerical mapping function is enabled and the selected channel1For5The channel is10, then the channel1The measured value=(通道5The value of+通道10The value/2That is, the channel5And the channel10The average measurement value.
8.6.4 Parameter Backup and Recovery

>Parameter recovery: When there are calibration or other parameter settings errors at the customer's site, this option can be used to restore the factory settings
>Parameter backup: This is a data backup function that customers should not easily operate. After operation, the factory parameters will be changed, which may result in irreparable errors.
