The tapping type inspection screen is mainly used in the production of abrasive industries such as diamond, which have high material value and require accurate screening; Widely used in scientific research and production, laboratories, quality inspection rooms of metallurgy, powder, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, geology, feed, national defense and other departments, for the inspection, screening, filtering, and testing of particle size structure and impurity content of granular and powdered materials. The tapping type inspection screen is equipped with a timing device to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of user test results.
2、 Working principle
The production motor drives the gear to change speed through a synchronous belt, causing the main shaft to rotate. The main shaft drives the eccentric wheel to make the sliding plate drive the test screen to shake left and right, while also driving the gear of the top rod to rotate. The top hammer hits the test screen, and the materials in the test screen and sample screen are screened layer by layer, which can accurately obtain materials from multiple particle segments at the same time, achieving the goal of accurate and rapid screening. PS tapping inspection sieve, shaking frequency 290 times/minute, tapping frequency 156 times/minute, reciprocating distance 25 millimeters, tapping height 38 millimeters. Users can also produce the required number of shaking, tapping, and reciprocating distances according to their requirements. The screening machine can be used with 10 layers of screening frames, and it is recommended to use 8 layers or less. It can classify and sort materials with a coarse mesh size of 500.
