I. Overview

Due to the various low-voltage switchgear devices used in the power system, especially outdoor switches that operate in atmospheric environments and are exposed to weather conditions for a long time, the operating conditions are relatively harsh, which can easily lead to mechanical and electrical failures. In particular, the contact parts of the contacts are corroded by gas, resulting in poor contact and heat generation. The pressure spring of the contacts is annealed due to heat generation, causing a vicious cycle of contact heating and ultimately burning out the contacts, leading to accidents. During maintenance, only the obviously failed and broken contacts are often replaced, and the spring contacts with reduced pressure cannot be compared and replaced. Therefore, in long-term operation, the distribution of current in each contact will be different due to different pressures. The greater the difference, the more uneven the current distribution. Poor contact of one contact will affect the entire switchgear. Normal operation, Causing accidents to electrical equipment in operation.

The SMN series contact pressure detector uses 5V0 constant voltage excitation to power the 1-5K pressure sensing resistor bridge, and data is collected by an external 24 bit high-precision A/D under the same 5V0 reference. Select various measurement methods from the bilingual prompt software menu in both Chinese and English. After data processing, it is displayed on a high brightness green 12864 dot matrix active light-emitting OLED screen. And there is a buzzer reminder and dedicated green and red OK and OUT lights to indicate whether the output result is qualified or not. It is a specialized measuring instrument used to check whether the contact pressure of power equipment is qualified.

6、 Instrument calibration and production settings

1.Tester menu

The detector menu includes a user menu, an engineer menu, and a manufacturing menu. The engineer menu must be set by operators with professional knowledge. The production and manufacturing menu is calibrated by the factory when the detector is sent out. After leaving the factory, this type of parameter setting can only be modified under the corresponding equipment conditions, otherwise it will cause measurement errors or failure of the detector!

In the menu browsing, pressPress the "+" key to scroll down; Press“<”Flip up the key. Press the "S" key to return to the work screen 2 interface. In the submenu, press the "S" key to exit; Press the "E" key to enter the modification mode. If you want to modify the selection item in the modified state, press the "+" key to select downwards; Press“<”Select upwards and press the "E" key to confirm.
