Key points for use and selection

Air source treatment: It is recommended to install a filter with a filtration accuracy of less than 5 μ m and an oil mist separator in front of the valve to ensure that the air source is clean and dry. It is usually not recommended to install an oil mist device in front of the valve.

Residual pressure treatment: After power or gas interruption, there may be a residual pressure of about 0.005 MPa at the outlet. To fully depressurize to 0, a three-way solenoid valve can be installed on the outlet side for discharge.

Safe operation: To extend the service life, the power should be cut off before cutting off the gas source to avoid the electromagnetic valve from producing a buzzing sound when the pressure is lost.
