SL series spodumene rapid analyzerWorking Principle:

SL-Z50 series kaolin composition rapid analyzerBased on the principle of total differential photometry, the scale is extended to the left by microcurrent and to the right by photocurrent, thus achieving a wide range of linearity. This effectively solves the problem of large linear errors in the analysis of high component content due to deviation from Beer's law and insufficient sensitivity in the analysis of low content elements in traditional photometric colorimetric analysis. The upper limit of element detection can reach over 99%, and the lower limit can be extended to 0.001%. Under such a large range, good linear accuracy can still be maintained, and accurate and objective analysis results can be obtained.

1. SL series spodumene rapid analyzerIn the design, technical measures such as colored light sources, composite filters, alloy sealed fixed wavelength sample chambers, and high-performance photoelectric sensors were adopted to effectively eliminate clutter interference. The monochromaticity of each detection channel of the equipment is excellent, and it also provides a guarantee for achieving good large-scale linearity.

2. It has six high-speed measurement channels with automatic liquid suction and discharge, which can achieve rapid and synchronized measurement of multiple elements. It is more suitable for joint measurement of multiple samples (can meet the continuous measurement of 10 samples), and experimental detection is fast and convenient. The instrument has good stability and reproducibility, especially suitable for rapid on-site analysis.

3. The mechanical zeroing device has been eliminated, and computer automatic zeroing and linear correction have been automatically adjusted. The equipment has high integration and user-friendly design, greatly reducing the failure rate of the equipment and improving the stability and service life of the instrument.

4. Adopting sensor technology and computer signal processing system, the detection accuracy is higher, the anti-interference ability is strong, and it can adapt to harsh working environments.

Analysis tolerance of analyzer:

Analysis error:The analysis error of this equipment is formulated based on the requirements for error in two national standards, GB/T4734 Chemical Analysis Methods for Ceramic Materials and GB/T6900 Chemical Analysis Methods for Refractory Materials. But in practical operation, in most cases, it is better than the specified error.
