SL series sodium calcium silicate glass rapid analyzerIt has six high-speed measurement channels with automatic liquid suction and discharge, which can achieve rapid synchronous measurement of multiple elements, greatly reducing measurement time and operator workload. It adopts new sensors and microcomputer technology to improve sampling sensitivity and photoelectric data resolution, and enhance the accuracy of experimental data. The SL-B40 analyzer has a higher degree of automation and user-friendly design. It eliminates the mechanical zeroing device on the previous generation multi-element analyzer and combines it with newly developed multifunctional analysis software and anti-interference new technology developed by the company. All adjustment functions are implemented by software, including automatic zeroing, automatic linear correction, and fundamentally avoids similar mechanical failures in the previous generation analyzer. It greatly improves the stability of the instrument and can quantitatively analyze the content of more than 20 elements in a large range, accurately, and quickly without complex operations. The measurement accuracy is higher and the reliability is better. The instrument is easy to operate and the learning threshold for operators is low.

Analysis tolerance of analyzer:

Analysis error:The analysis error of this equipment is formulated based on the requirements for error in two national standards, GB/T4734 Chemical Analysis Methods for Ceramic Materials and GB/T6900 Chemical Analysis Methods for Refractory Materials. But in practical operation, in most cases, it is better than the specified error.
