1、 Scope and Overview:

The fully automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer (protein analyzer) is an automatic intelligent detection instrument designed based on the classic Kjeldahl nitrogen determination principle. It is widely used to detect the overall content of ammonia nitrogen and protein nitrogen in grain, oil, food, dairy products, beverages, feed, soil, fertilizers, sediments, and chemical products. It is an important physical and chemical analysis instrument for product quality testing.

*Use stable and reliable red, green, and blue primary colors for judgment, and display real-time three curves, standard acid droplet quantification, and protein (nitrogen) content. Assist users in real-time monitoring of distillation, calculation, and titration processes, enabling them to have a clear understanding.

*The minimum titration volume starts from 0.8 μ l, and the high-precision intelligent titration system automatically adjusts the minimum titration volume according to the standard acid concentration. The professional precision plunger pump ensures high testing accuracy and reliability of use.

*Equipped with various safety door detection, reagent level detection, automatic real-time detection of cooling water flow and pressure, and other alarm prompt functions;

*Real time temperature detection and control of distillation cups;
*Real time detection and prompt function for whether the protective door is closed;
