1、 Introduction and Characteristics
The SJB series wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pump is a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump developed by our company through the introduction, digestion, and absorption of advanced German technology, combined with the actual production needs in China.
All the overcurrent components of the pump are made of non-metallic materials with high mechanical strength, wear resistance, and good corrosion resistance, and are formed by high-temperature and high-pressure one-time molding. The shell is made of high-quality A3 steel that is resistant to compression and impact through investment casting. All mechanical seals are made of refined pressureless sintered silicon carbide with the best wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The mechanical seal structure is uniquely designed, structurally reasonable, and has a long service life.
This pump is widely used for conveying media such as acids, bases, salts, including hydrofluoric acid, strong oxidants, organic solvents, etc. containing hard (soft) solid particles at temperatures below 120 ℃ (with a solid content of less than 40%). Specially suitable for the transportation of iron oxide scale liquid, slurry liquid, coal slag liquid, lime slag liquid, as well as acid pickling lines, acid regeneration, neutralization stations, and degreasing in the metallurgical industry, and for use in the manganese, molybdenum ore, and titanium dioxide industries, completely replacing imported products.
