Screw motion S-shape
The principle of the S-shaped spiral elevator is to drive the worm wheel to rotate, with an internal threaded hole mechanism in the middle of the worm wheel (meshing with the lead screw), and then transmit the rotational motion to the up and down linear motion of the lead screw
Screw motion R-type:
The principle of the R-type spiral elevator is that the worm gear drives the worm wheel to rotate, and the worm wheel is connected to the screw key, so the rotational motion is transmitted to the screw rotational motion, and the screw drives the nut on top to make up and down linear motion
Integrated combination of motors:
Each model of spiral elevator can be directly connected to AC motor/servo motor/stepper motor/explosion-proof motor through flange coupling, but the power of the motor should not exceed the maximum allowable power of the spiral elevator. The standard configuration motors are ABB motor and Siemens motor
Integrated combination of deceleration motor:
Each type of spiral elevator can be directly connected to various AC reduction motors through flange couplings, but it is necessary to check the large input torque of the spiral elevator, which can reach speeds of 5mm/min or lower. The matched reduction motor can be a helical gear reduction motor with parallel output shaft
Reduction motor, umbrella gear reduction motor, worm gear reduction motor, standard configuration includes German NORD reduction motor and German SEW reduction motor.
